HBCU/MI-ET/WM Consortium

From 1999 through 2008, this project funded work for environmental research projects of interest to U.S. DOE such as bioremediation of soil and ground water. Approximately 20% of this funding was used to provide environmental college level courses for DOE personnel. This latter program was called TQP program.
